PRP

PRP treatment is to restore slowing cell regeneration with plasma obtained from the person’s own blood. With PRP treatment, skin rejuvenation can be achieved, hair loss and orthopedic disorders can be treated.

WHAT IS PRP TREATMENT?

PRP; (Platelet rich plasma) is the process of taking a small amount of blood from a person’s body, then separating the plasma of the blood with a special process and returning it to the body by injection. The plasma obtained is rich in cells called “platelets”. Platelets, whose main task in the body is to provide blood clotting, have an important role in wound healing thanks to the growth factors they contain.

With PRP treatment, it is possible to heal some diseases in the body and rejuvenate the skin with one’s own blood. In PRP treatment, where the person’s own blood is used instead of medication, slowing cell renewal is prevented, especially with environmental and genetic factors. PRP is used in the skin rejuvenation and treatment of many orthopedic diseases, pain treatment and hair loss.

IN WHICH DISEASES IS PRP TREATMENT USED?

PRP treatment, in which cells called platelets play the leading role, has found use in many branches of medicine. PRP is currently used for non-healing leg wounds due to diabetes and varicose veins, tendon injuries and tendinitis such as tennis elbow, and also for accelerating the wound healing process after dental implants.

Many visible changes occur in aging skin due to age and environmental factors. The elasticity of the skin decreases, wrinkles increase and sagging occurs on the skin. Of all these; the decrease in collagen and elastin fibers in the skin and the deterioration in their structure are responsible.

With the antiaging PRP treatment, it is aimed to increase the production of collagen and elastin fibers in the skin thanks to the growth factors contained in platelets.

Thanks to the PRP process, a completely natural rejuvenation is provided without any foreign substance or medication to the body with 3-4 sessions at intervals of 2-4 weeks. Those who have PRP first notice improvement in the dry and matte appearance of the skin from the first sessions. With the following applications, the wrinkles of those who have PRP are reduced and the elasticity of the skin increases.

HOW IS PRP APPLIED?

PRP is a treatment method that should be applied by specialist doctors. First of all, the blood taken from the patient is placed in a special tube under sterile conditions.  Afterwards, the blood is placed in a tube with a gel. The substances in the blood in the tube placed in the centrifuge are separated within 5-8 minutes. The plasma part of the blood rich in platelets and growth factors is separated. The mixture obtained is applied to the relevant area with the injection method.

PRP is applied in an average of 3-4 sessions at 2-4 weeks, combined with mesotherapy according to the needs of the person. After the PRP cure is completed, the process can be continued with 1-2 injections a year.

Red blood contains white blood cells, platelets, coagulation factors, PGF (Platelet growth factor). After the red blood is subjected to a special process, it is injected into the diluted area by napaj method. The basis of this application is tissue regeneration.
